The nature is generous and in the tropics, even more than somewhere else.
We harvest so many passion fruits, that except the juice, we decided to make it some sorbet.
And also some margarita!
For now, here comes the receipe sorbet.
250 cl passionfruit juice
250g sugar
½ liter of water
The day before prepare a syrup with the sugar and the water. Reserve for the cool.
Prepare the juice and keep it in the fridge for 2 hours.
Add it the syrup, pour the mixture into the ice-cream maker.
After a few hours (depends of your ice crream machine), savour !
