For a small bowl

5 minced stoves of garlic
1 small minced piece of ginger
1 tea spoon of black soy
2 soup spoon of oyster sauce
Juice of one lime
Pepper
1 glass of hoile




In the bowl add garlic, ginger and 2 sauces. Mix, add the oil little by little as when you make a mustard sauce or when you take up a mayonnaise. Pepper, then add the lemon juice
